		Charles Pool - Owner / Broker realestate@cpre.com (936) 564-5762 Charles Pool, principal broker and president of Charles Pool Real Estate, Inc., opened a real estate office in Nacogdoches in 1976. The business has operated in the same location since that time. Prior to entering the field of real estate, he owned a local retail business. He has always insisted that his organizations be based on a reputation of integrity and a high standard of professionalism. Charles especially enjoys working with rural acreages and farms, as well as with residential real estate. He is a past Board of Realtors President and Vice President, past director of Kiwanis Club and a deacon at First Baptist Church.




		Wanda Tucker - Realtor wanda@cpre.com (936) 564-4035 Wanda is a native of East Texas and has a thorough comprehension of Nacogdoches and the surrounding communities and what they have to offer to make them unique. Having had a Realtors liscense for 24 years, she has an extensive knowledge of the profession. Whether you desire to buy or sell, it will be a smooth process under her guidance. Being involved in numerous Nacogdoches projects, she enjoys giving back to the community that makes her proud to call her home.



		Ed Pool - Broker epool@cpre.com (936) 569-4779 Ed Pool is Vice President / Associate Broker for Charles Pool Real Estate, Inc. He has been licensed Texas Real Estate Broker since 1982. Ed has extensive experience both in commercial - investment and residential real estate. Ed believes in being involved on a personal level in the community he serves. He is a member of TAR, NAR, and Nacogdoches County Board of Realtors. Ed is also active at First Baptist Church as a Deacon and Sunday school teacher, Gideons International, Heartbeat Pregnancy Center, SFA Baptist Student Ministry and Nacogdoches Rotary. Ed states, "My goal is to serve my clients with the highest degree of honesty and integrity. I view my work relationship, as more than clients, they are friends and neighbors first."



		Gay Roach - Broker gay@cpre.com (936) 564-1761 Gay Roach has been a Texas-licensed real estate broker since 1980, specializing in residential sales with an emphasis on relocation brokerage. In the past few years, she has started offering her services to buyers as a buyer's broker, a service she enjoys very much. Gay has been actively and continuously involved in the Nacogdoches County Board of Realtors, service as President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Director in addtion to service as a member or chair of many important committees. She was elected Realtor of the Year in 1983, and has been a consistent top producer of real estate sales in Nacogdoches county. The pause that refreshes for Gay is her involvement in Duplicate Bridge, where she has reached the rank of Silver Life Master



		Marilyn Richardson - Broker mrichardson@cpre.com (936) 558-8988 Becoming a real estate agent seemed like a natural progression for Marilyn. After graduating from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, she taught school in Texas and Tennessee. Later she held a sales position and discovered that she enjoyed selling. Her primary focus in real estate is to help people achieve their goals as a homeowner. She has helped many first time homebuyers purchase their home. Marilyn likes to garden, sew, hike and play with her grandson. She is an active member of Austin Heights Baptist Church.



		David Miller - Broker dmiller@cpre.com (936) 554-2269 Dave is one of the licensed brokers in the Charles Pool Real Estate agency. With over twenty years of business experience and ten years of university teaching experience, you will find Dave a ready source of practical knowledge and with strong communications skills, which are so important in the real estate business. His business approach has made him a multi-million dollar sales agent every year since he entered the real estate business. Dave takes a very practical approach to the business, making the complex seem simple. He is a also a dedicated family man and actively involved in his church as well as local community activities as a member of the Chamber of Commerce and Rotary International.



		Rose Ann Pool - Office Manager Rose Ann Pool is the referral co-ordinator for the office. She also directs the financial division of the office. Organization is her strength. In our busy work environment her day to day attention to details keeps our office running smoothly.



		Joan Vaughn - Agent jvaughn@cpre.com Joan began her Real Estate career in January of 2001 and has been a Million Dollar Producer each year. While she enjoys all aspects of real estate, she especially enjoys working with first time buyers. Joan was born and reared in Lufkin and move to Nacogdoches in 1987 from the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. She has been married to Ed Vaughn for 37 years and they have one daughter, Susan. They are members of Fredonia Hill Baptist Church and the Nacogdoches Board of Realtors.



		Glenna Hoffpauir - Agent glenna@cpre.com 936-554-3715 A REALTOR® since 1990 and a resident of Nacogdoches since 1984, Glenna can fill you in on all the little that make this community so unique. This enables her to find the right buyers for sellers and the right properties for buyers. In February of 2002 Glenna was awarded the designation of Accredited Buyer Representative by the National Association of Realtors. She is a member of the Nacogdoches Chamber of Commerce, National Association of Realtors as well as the Texas Association of Realtors. She has also served in several capacities with the Nacogdoches County Board of Realtors from secretary to president. 		Evelyn Hooper - Office Secretary Evelyn Hooper is our very capable receptionist/secretary. She is a resident of Center, Texas. She has 3 wonderful grandsons to spend her spare time with. Her friendly voice is the first a caller hears and her helpful attitude will direct the call, gather the pertinent information or find the right person to solve the problem. She also handles our web site, newspaper ads and magazine ads.



		John Hooper jhooper@cpre.com After serving 4 years in the Army then graduating from Moody Bible Institute in 1972, John and Missy eventually returned to Nacogdoches to start their family and open John Hooper’s Barber and Styling Shop. In time we added John’s Tuxedo Rental but after 30 years in retail, John made the move to Real Estate and as always continues to enjoy working with people one on one for their best interest – helping them to be totally satisfied with choosing their new home or land purchase. Real Estate is indeed my new home.



		George Barham gbarham@cpre.com George Barham is a native of Nacogdoches and has a great appreciation for the community and businesses he serves. His experience and dedication is vital to successfully representing commercial and residential customers. George currently serves as Vice-President for the Nacogdoches County Board of Realtors. His other community service involves coaching little league baseball, serving on the board for United Way , and past board member for the Landmark Preservation Committee.



		Misti Peppard mistipeppard@cpre.com Misti has been a resident of Nacogdoches for 20 years. She has been married to Spence Peppard for 3 years and they are active members of Harmony Hill Baptist church in Lufkin, where they serve on the praise team. Prior to her real estate career, Misti worked for the First Baptist Church of Nacogdoches for 12 years. She graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies. She is a member of NAR, TAR and the Nacogdoches Board of Realtors. Misti is friendly, organized and looks forward to meeting the needs of her friends in the Nacogdoches community.
